Cancellation and refund Policy

We do not take cash payments on the day

If you have booked a ticket and cannot attend, please email: defiantmilsimevents@gmail.com

You will need to provide your full name and your booking confirmation number

If you inform us of your cancellation more than 15 business days prior to the event start date, we will refund you your event ticket, minus a £50 administration fee.

Failure to inform us of your nonattendance at the event, or informing us within 15 business days from the event start, will result in no refund being issued.

TICKETS ARE NON TRANSFERABLE
If you cannot attend,
please contact us for a refund.
Selling your ticket to somebody will result in them not being permitted to access the event.

Tickets must be purchased directly from Defiant Events Ltd. Tickets obtained by other means are liable to be rejected and / or you will not be allowed to enter or take part in the event
